What is the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?
- All cancellations & rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Any appointments cancellations/rescheduling within 48hrs of the appointment will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.

Is Direct Billing Offered?

Our services may be covered by some private insurance companies. However, you will have to check your individual policy to determine your level of coverage. We will provide you with a proof of payment with Dr. Michelle's chiropractic license number. We are not associated with any insurance company and we do not take any responsibility if your insurance plan doesn’t cover our services. Please check with your insurance provider.

Can I Bring my Family for Care to Dr. Michelle Zemari?
- Yes! Dr. Michelle provides care to people of all ages and genders including infants, children, adults, and athletes!​
